You have original, extra wide baseboards, and solid wood doors, and window casement and crown molding trim that you couldn't buy today. There is a built-In hutch in the dining room that makes a great bar. There are red oak hardwood floors that go throughout the entire apartment. This apartment has so much character that it feels like it's alive with its own personality and soul.

One of the biggest surprises is how large each of the three bedrooms are. This is a great setup for roommates and splitting the apartment evenly.
